  • Voice calling (inbound and outbound) via internet-based telephony.
  • SMS/MMS text messaging.
  • Call recording and transcription (where legally permitted).
  • Customer relationship management and project tracking.
  • Email integration and management.
  • Billing and invoicing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or bulk messages.
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

5. SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

By submitting our website's service request form and actively selecting the consent checkbox, you agree to receive customer-care and service-related text messages from RockSolid Data Solutions at the mobile phone number you provide.

SMS messages are used only to respond to your questions, provide updates about active projects, or share information about requested services. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages.

Opt-In

Opting in to receive text messages is optional and is not required to receive our services. You may submit service requests without agreeing to receive SMS communications.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service requests. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from RockSolid Data Solutions unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

6. Call Recording Consent

Certain features of the Platform may record phone calls. Where call recording is enabled, all parties will be notified at the beginning of the call in accordance with applicable laws. By continuing a call after notification, all parties consent to being recorded. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is the property of RockSolid Data Solutions, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockSolid Data Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
